  • Who can enroll as a broker with Consumer Choice Marketing?
    Anyone who is a legal resident of the United States and over 18 years of age is welcome to start their own business with Consumer Choice Marketing. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more detail and information.
  • Will I get credit if a customer places an order by phone and over the internet?
    No, you will only receive credit for purchases through your website, which is done through the internet.
  • I don't feel comfortable giving out my credit card information over the internet, do I have another option?
    Yes, you can certainly call us and we'd be happy to take your information over the phone. Please have your "Referral ID" ready, which is located at the top right corner of the website in which you are on. This ID will give credit to the website owner for introducing you to Consumer Choice Marketing.
  • How much does it cost to start my business with Consumer Choice Marketing?
    The fee currently is $199.00 to start your own business, plus the monthly fee of $39.95. You will have your own website which gives you all the tools you need to market not only natural gas and electricity, but many other consumer products.
  • How do I check the number of sales I have made?
    Please go to www.teamccm.com and login with your Username and Password. Once you have logged in you will see in the left column a box called "Summary". This "Summary" box shows you how many customers you have, your current status, qualifying status and much more. This detail is also located in the middle of the page.
  • Why do I have to enter my Social Security or Tax ID number?
    You are required to enter a valid Social Security number that matches YOUR given name, or a Federal Tax ID number that matches the REGISTERED business name that you want to use. Consumer Choice Marketing will submit a 1099 for all U.S. Domestic entities that we issue payments to during the calendar year.
  • How do I change my account information?
    You can make changes to your account by logging into your back office. Once you are in your back office, in the left hand column you'll see "My Account" and below that you can click on Personal Information or Billing Information. This is where you can make changes. If you run into trouble, please call Broker Support.
  • How and when will I get paid?
    You will be paid every Friday for Fast Start bonuses that are generated from the week prior. And for any sales of products (residual income), Uni-level and Choice Match, you will be paid on the 25th of every month. Consumer Choice Marketing posts these earnings onto a CCM Pre-paid MasterCard that is issued to every broker at the time of enrollment.
